In the first part of this session, you'll join Angela Pomeroy, Engagement and Leadership Development Consultant and Okanagan College professor, learn more about developing a dynamic and resilient team during times of frequent change.
The second part of this session provides exercises to practice as an individual or with your team to help develop change management and emotional intelligence skills.
